No. There are no joining, subscription or listing fees. Commission is charged on the fees of completed services only, based on your badge.
What does verification need?
Your identity through Nafath, your Ministry of Justice licence number, your qualifications and experience, a review of your professional record, then the joining acknowledgement signed electronically.
How do I move up to Green or Gold?
Badges are reviewed every month. Green after 25 completed services with a 4.5 average rating; Gold after 100 completed services, 10 years of experience and a 4.7 average rating.
Can a firm list more than one lawyer?
Yes. The firm registers its account and lists its lawyers under the firm profile; each lawyer keeps a verified profile and badge.
How does the Resident Lawyer Programme work?
Companies on Surely Business ask for a lawyer to work with their team. We propose lawyers who registered their interest, by experience, city and availability, and terms, fees and duration are agreed for each engagement before it starts, with a minimum of 3 months.
How am I paid?
Your fees are paid to your account after the commission and its VAT, and your statement shows this with a commission invoice for every service.
