Who sees my team's conversations and documents?
Every conversation and document is private to its author and the account head. Owners and admins see each member's points usage, not the content of their conversations.
How do points and monthly limits work?
The company receives Sure Points every month based on its plan, and the team uses them from one wallet. The owner or an admin sets a monthly limit for each user, and extra points are used after the month's points.
Do I get a tax invoice? Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. You receive an Arabic tax invoice in the company name with its VAT number. Pay by card, or choose bank transfer with a unique reference and the plan activates once the transfer is confirmed.
How do I cancel?
Plans are paid up front for a month or a year and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you do not renew, the company and its team stay on the free plan.
What can the assistant do, and what can it not do?
It gives general legal information grounded in Saudi law with the articles cited, analyses documents and prepares drafts. It does not give legal advice or represent your company; when a matter needs a professional opinion, the file goes to a licensed lawyer.
